Our monthly Bring-A-Friend workout is all about community, teamwork, and having fun while moving your body. The workout is beginner-friendly, so whether your friend has never stepped into a gym before or just wants to try something new, they’ll feel welcome and supported.

We have exciting news — Steel Foxes now has a full-time membership option! STEEL FOXES: Evolved! This means we have no hard start and stop date or "sessions"- so you can start anytime!

⏰ Strength and Conditioning Class Times: Steel Foxes runs Monday to Thursday at 9:15 AM.
If you’ve been wanting more consistency (and more chances to feel strong, steady, and confident), you can now become a Steel Foxes Member and access a full week of strength, wellness, and mobility.

Your membership includes:
• Up to 4 strength & conditioning classes per week
• 2 yoga classes per week
• 1 mobility class per week (with more mobility classes planned for the future)

Steel Foxes is our strength and wellness program designed specifically for adults 55+ — or anyone new to fitness. In a supportive, no-pressure environment, you’ll build strength, improve mobility, boost confidence, and learn proper technique — all at your own pace. Every session is coach-led, accessible, and fun, with a focus on moving well, feeling strong, and staying vibrant for everyday life.

Please note that even though a full time membership is a commitment, all memberships can be put on HOLD if you need to for periods of longer than 2 weeks for things like vacation or illness. If you do decide to leave us for any reason, you may cancel a membership as long as we have 30 days notice. There is a one time cancellation fee of $50.

Scott Homan and Jennifer Morris are the head coaches and owners of CrossFit Goderich. With a combined CrossFit and coaching experience of 30 years, you can be assured that you are in good hands and will get the attention you need to achieve your goals. Scott and Jen love CrossFit and are passionate about virtuosity- doing the common uncommonly well with a focus on form first while ensuring each individuals' needs are considered.

We will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals. Each of our classes has a complete warm up, mobility and skills section to help you move better. We focus on strength as a foundation to fitness. Every body is unique and we work with each person to assist them in modifying or scaling movements based on ability while still providing the challenge and stimulus needed for constant improvement.

We understand that adapting new fitness habits can be challenging. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you are consistent, persistent and self motivated you will be able to obtain and maintain a healthy lifestyle. CrossFit is universally and infinitely scalable. No matter who you are or what your ability, you can do CrossFit- it is all about your mindset.
