HURONROX: A Functional Fitness Endurance style event in Huron County with a local twist, grit, grind, and community.
ALL INFORMATION BELOW IS FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AND ENJOYMENT OF THE EVENT- please read carefully. Note - information is subject to change and any changes will be communicated ASAP.

HURONROX EVENT FORMAT: Participants will complete a series of runs followed by a workout station in an order predetermined prior to race start for each division. Each station is preceded by a run loop, there is a FINAL run loop at the end of the last functional fitness station.

RX Weights and Distances, Standards SOLO and PAIRS
1300 m Run Between each station AND after the last station- this will be OUTDOORS on a mix of asphalt and concrete through a beautiful tree lined property known as "The Ridge". You will be running on Mill Road for approximately 400 m if you are doing the RX solo, pairs or TEAM division. This is a very small road with minimal traffic but you MUST STAY in the designated lane that will be clearly marked for you for your own safety. Anyone running outside this area will be instantly disqualified.
200 m FARMER CARRY- 2 x 70 lb male, 2 x 50 bs female (may be KB or DB)
200 m SLED PULL- Sled plus 180 lbs MALE, Sled plus 135 lbs FEMALE (Sled weight alone is 25 lbs)
100 WALL BALL REPS- 20 lb ball to a 10' Target Male, 14 lb Ball to a 9' Target Female- MUST SQUAT BELOW PARALLEL AND HIT TARGET

Upon Arrival you will be directed to park in a designated area.
Once the first race heat starts people arriving for later start times will NOT be allowed on the premises for safety of the athletes. PLEASE PARK ON THE EAST SIDE OF MILL ROAD - there will be a traffic volunteer to guide you- please follow their guidance.
NOTE- if you are in the first heat and park IN THE PROPERTY- You will NOT be allowed to move your vehicle once the next heat starts- if you are in a rush to leave after your race then please park on Mill Road.- More details will be sent to everyone about parking specifics
