Memberships

Beginner Program

We offer a comprehensive beginner program and welcome anyone of any age and ability.  

Our beginner program is 9 classes, spread over 3 weeks.  

We have times to accommodate your busy schedule and classes are 1 hour in length.  We move you through all the fundamentals and progressions needed to attend our regular CrossFit classes 

Monthly CrossFit Memberships

We offer an automatically renewing monthly membership option that gives you access to all of our classes .  


You must have prior CrossFit experience or have passed our Beginner program to attend regular classes.  Please call or e-mail us for more information.


Drop in Passes

For visiting athletes or for people who cannot commit to a full time membership.  Passes are valid for all CrossFit Classes. 


The Drop in passes expire after 6 months.
