We offer a comprehensive beginner program and welcome anyone of any age and ability.
Our beginner program is 5 x one hour sessions, spread over 2 weeks and is by appointment with a coach for Personal training.
We have times to accommodate your busy schedule and sessions are 1 hour in length. We move you through all the fundamentals and progressions needed to attend our regular CrossFit classes
We offer an automatically renewing monthly membership option that gives you access to all of our classes .
You must have prior CrossFit experience or have passed our Beginner program to attend regular classes. Please call or e-mail us for more information.
For visiting athletes or for people who cannot commit to a full time membership. Passes are valid for all CrossFit Classes.
The Drop in passes expire after 6 months.
