We are excited to have coach Tim Damon of "Tim Damon Holistic Services" here at CrossFit Goderich to guide us through his version of Yang-Yin Yoga.
The Yang portion of classes is more active, featuring standing and balancing postures to strengthen and stabilize the body. Following that, we shift gears into a Yin style of practice involving passive, quiet, longer held postures.
Tim has 10 years of yoga teaching and training experience and it’s his intention to provide a nourishing practice to all members and anyone from the community.
We offer classes three times a week - Mondays at 7 :45 pm and Thursdays at 7:00 pm and Saturdays at 10:30 am.
All classes are one hour in length.
All CrossFit Goderich members are entitled to ONE class per week included with their memberships.
All Drop in Pass holders may use their drop in passes for Yoga.
Non-Gym Members from the community at large are also welcome to join us.
