Shannon Lough — Wednesdays at 7:30 pm
Shannon brings over a decade of experience teaching yoga across Canada and internationally. Rooted in meditation and mindfulness, her classes blend gentle vinyasa flow with breathwork. These evening classes will be a long, slow flow style, accessible and welcoming for all levels.
Shannon Malolepszy, RYT — Saturdays at 10:30 am
Shannon has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for 10+ years, completing her 200-hour RYT training with Sacred Movement Yoga in Waterloo, Ontario. Her classes focus on conscious breath and mindful movement, offering gentle vinyasa flows designed to help you meet yourself where you are and move toward deep relaxation.
Yoga is included and encouraged for all CrossFit members, as well as Steel Fox members.
Non-members are always welcome and can purchase drop-in passes.
We’re excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to practice together.
All classes are one hour in length.
All CrossFit Goderich members are entitled to ONE class per week included with their memberships.
All Drop in Pass holders may use their drop in passes for Yoga.
Non-Gym Members from the community at large are also welcome to join us.
