We are excited to have coach Tim Damon here at CrossFit Goderich to take us through his version of Yang-Yin Yoga. Tim has 10 years of yoga teaching and training experience and hopes to bring a nourishing practice to all members and anyone from the community.
On Saturdays, our Yang-Yin Flow is an energizing practice focused on standing and balancing postures. Mid-way, the class transitions into a Yin style involving longer held meditative postures which primarily target the connective tissues of the hips and low back.
During practice on Thursday evenings, we shift gears waaaay down, offering you a space to slip into a gentle flow in addition to Yin yoga poses and meditation which will support a restful transition into the remainder of your evening.
Both classes are one hour in length.
All CrossFit Goderich members are entitled to ONE class per week included with their memberships.
All Drop in Pass holders may use their drop in passes for Yoga.
Non-Members are also welcome to join us.
