Personal Training

Personal training at CrossFit Goderich is available for existing members as well as people who do not want a membership and prefer a more personal approach.  


For members, working with one of our experienced coaches one on one can give you that extra edge on a skill, lift or movement you struggle with.  


For people who are not fond of or feel uncomfortable in a class setting it can also be a great way to work on your fitness and health in a more private setting.   Our coaches will guide you every step of the way and you will have their full attention for the entire hour you spend with them.  Having a guide and mentor like this can really help accelerate your progress and increase your comfort in a gym environment.
