Super excited to let you know Steel Foxes (CrossFit for 55 plus or very beginners to CrossFit) is continuing for Spring and Summer with a Start date of Monday April 28th, running for 14 weeks.
The Schedule for Steel Foxes will remain as follows (4 classes a week are included with the membership):
Workout A: Mondays 3:45 pm, Tuesdays 9:15 am
Workout B: Wednesdays 3:45 pm, Thursdays 9:15 am
Mobility: Friday 9:15 am
Yoga: Thursdays at 7:30 pm OR Saturday at 10:30 am
The program will run until the last week of July. There are a few holidays (Victoria Day and Canada Day) that will affect the schedule but we will just change the day of classes for those.
You will be given access to an app that you will use to reserve your classes for the week (called wodify)
*In addition to Steel Foxes classes, all memberships include ONE Yoga Class per week and ONE Mobility class per week. Times for these classes are as follows:
Yoga- Thursday 7 pm, Saturday 10:30 am
Mobility: Friday 9:15 am
* The cost to sign up for the 8 weeks for 4 classes/ week (2 steel foxes and 1 yoga and one mobility) is $560 (taxes included) which works out to $10 per fully coached class!! This also includes a pre-and post session body composition scan, nutrition coaching, access to workout tracking app, access to class sign up app, access to private members FB group, member wholesale costs on supplements and much much more!

We are super excited to announce the return of CrossFit Kids and Teens for the Spring of 2025! Kids and Teens will now have the option to train once or twice a week with us! Thank you to coach Rob for making this possible!!
Here are the details:
*Session start date: Week of April 28th
*Session End Date: Week of June 16th
*8 weeks long
*Option for 1 or 2 classes per week
*Registration deadline is Friday April 18th
Age groups
Kids 8-11 years old inclusive, class times 45-50 minutes
Teens 12-15 year old inclusive, class times 60 minutes
Membership Pricing (administrative processing fee extra, taxes included)
Kids 1x/week: $109
Kids 2 x/week: $189
Teens 1 x/week: $119
Teens 2 x/week: $199
Kids Class times:
Wednesdays 4:30 pm and/or Saturdays 12:00 pm
Teens Class times
Mondays 7:30 pm and/or Saturdays 1:00 pm
YOU MUST DOWNLOAD THE WODIFY APP AND PRE SIGN YOUR CHILD UP at LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED CLASS TIME.
We have a class size limit of 10 per class so it is imperative that you sign up your child ahead of time or we cannot guarantee them a place in the class.
Classes may be booked 7 days ahead of time.

Scott Homan and Jennifer Morris are the head coaches and owners of CrossFit Goderich. With a combined CrossFit and coaching experience of 30 years, you can be assured that you are in good hands and will get the attention you need to achieve your goals. Scott and Jen love CrossFit and are passionate about virtuosity- doing the common uncommonly well with a focus on form first while ensuring each individuals' needs are considered.
We will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals. Each of our classes has a complete warm up, mobility and skills section to help you move better. We focus on strength as a foundation to fitness. Every body is unique and we work with each person to assist them in modifying or scaling movements based on ability while still providing the challenge and stimulus needed for constant improvement.
We understand that adapting new fitness habits can be challenging. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you are consistent, persistent and self motivated you will be able to obtain and maintain a healthy lifestyle. CrossFit is universally and infinitely scalable. No matter who you are or what your ability, you can do CrossFit- it is all about your mindset.
